Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
This class covers a variety of martial arts including striking, grappling, and throws/take-downs. MMA also includes ground work and submissions (how to defend yourself when on ground against a standing or grounded opponent) a great all round class that focuses on techniques as well as fitness whether you are wanting to lose weight, tone up, or learn some new skills our MMA program. can help you. In this class you will learn about punching, knees, elbows, kicks, clinching, choking, arm bars, take downs and a wide variety of other moves using a combination of bag work, sparing and drilling techniques.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a similar style of combat to that seen in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and is known for drawing its moves from a variety of martial arts including Muay Thai and Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ).
