Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art & sport based around the idea of fighting on the ground.

BJJ is a combat sports that focus on grappling and especially ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint-locks and chokeholds to force an opponent to submit (give up).

Whether you are looking for an interesting and social way to get fit, would like to test your skills at a tournament one day our highly experienced coaches and team have the knowledge and resources to help you reach your goals.

MAQLD runs classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for adults and for kids.
